The Partnership Structure

I'm looking for dedicated marketing partners for three distinct products. Some have recently launched, others have complete business plans and are in final stages of product development. This isn't a contractor relationship or a typical equity arrangement—this is a true business partnership designed for mutual success.

What You Receive

  • Equity Partnership: Meaningful ownership stake in your dedicated product line, with standard vesting. Full participation in any future acquisition or exit of that product.
  • Revenue Sharing: Meaningful share of net revenue you generate from marketing activities (after deducting operational expenses). Payments made quarterly to ensure healthy business cashflow.
  • Transparency: Access to line of business P&L and significant say into future budget decisions.
  • Marketing Budget & Support: Nominal initial budget to get started—early success based on grit, growth hacking, and sweat equity. Transition to self-funded marketing as revenue grows. Complete autonomy over tactical marketing decisions. Access to all operational infrastructure, tools, and support systems.

What You're Responsible For

You'll have complete ownership of marketing strategy and execution for your product line, including: developing and implementing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, managing all marketing channels and campaigns, building and optimizing conversion funnels, creating content and messaging that resonates with target customers, and analyzing performance data for continuous improvement.

Partnership Exit Terms

Should our partnership end for any reason, the terms are designed to be fair and protect both parties: you retain your vested equity stake, and existing revenue sharing phases down over a defined period. This ensures business continuity while respecting the value you've built.
