This Privacy Policy explains how SaaS Experts, Inc. ("SaaS Experts," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through saasexperts.co and SaaS Experts Ads Automation. Ads Automation is an internal application used to manage advertising for products that SaaS Experts owns or operates.
Our individual products may publish additional privacy notices that cover their own websites, accounts, and services. Those product notices apply alongside this policy where relevant.
When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and cookie or similar identifiers. We use Google Analytics and Plausible Analytics to understand site use and maintain the website.
We collect information you send to us, such as your name, email address, company information, and the contents of support or business communications.
When an authorized user connects a Google Ads account, Ads Automation may access Google Ads customer and account identifiers, campaign settings, budgets, ad groups, ads, assets, keywords, search terms, conversion settings and results, and campaign performance metrics. We also receive OAuth credentials and related authorization metadata needed to make approved API requests.
The application accesses only Google Ads accounts that the authorizing user is permitted to access. It does not use the Google Ads permission to access Gmail, Google Drive, or unrelated Google Account content.
We use information to:
SaaS Experts' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We use Google Ads API data only to provide and improve the advertising management, reporting, security, and support functions described in this policy. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising unrelated to the authorized Google Ads accounts, determine creditworthiness, or train generalized artificial intelligence models.
People may review material campaign changes before campaigns are enabled. Automated processing may also be used for reporting, alerts, quality checks, and recommendations, but it does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
We may provide limited information to hosting, security, analytics, automation, communications, and other technology providers that process it for us. These providers may use the information only to perform services for SaaS Experts and must protect it under their agreements with us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate fraud or abuse, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We may share information when the person or account owner directs us to do so.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain OAuth credentials while the related authorization remains active and remove or invalidate them when access is disconnected or no longer needed. We keep Google Ads campaign information, reports, and operational records only as long as reasonably needed for campaign management, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and normal business records.
Website analytics and communications are retained according to the settings and retention periods of the relevant systems. We may keep limited records after a deletion request when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security.
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, restricted credential storage, and other administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can revoke the application's Google access from your Google Account connections. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, subject to applicable law and records we must retain.
Browser settings can limit cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect parts of the website. You can also use the controls provided by Google Analytics or Plausible where available.
SaaS Experts is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. We use appropriate contractual and legal safeguards where required.
Our website and Ads Automation application are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
We may update this policy as our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the current version on this page and revise the effective date above.
