These Terms of Use govern access to saasexperts.co and SaaS Experts Ads Automation, which are operated by SaaS Experts, Inc. ("SaaS Experts," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or application, you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
Individual SaaS Experts products may have separate terms. Product-specific terms control when they conflict with these terms for that product.
Ads Automation is intended for SaaS Experts personnel and other expressly authorized users. You may connect only Google Ads accounts that you have permission to access and manage. You are responsible for keeping your Google Account and application access secure.
You authorize SaaS Experts to access and act on approved Google Ads accounts for campaign research, creation, management, reporting, troubleshooting, and related advertising operations. You can revoke Google access at any time, but revocation may prevent the application from performing those functions.
You may not:
Ads Automation interacts with Google Ads through Google's APIs. Google controls its services, accounts, policies, availability, and approval processes. Your use of Google Ads remains subject to the agreements and policies between you and Google.
SaaS Experts is not Google and is not endorsed by Google. Google Ads and related names are trademarks of Google LLC.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website information, OAuth credentials, Google Ads API data, and other personal information.
SaaS Experts and its licensors retain all rights in the website, application, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other materials we provide. These terms grant only the limited right to use them as authorized. Google and account owners retain their respective rights in Google services, advertising accounts, campaigns, and data.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue part of the website or application. We may also restrict access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or suspected misuse. We do not promise that the website, application, or third-party services will always be available or error free.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and application are provided "as is" and "as available." SaaS Experts disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Advertising platforms and markets change, so we do not guarantee campaign approval, placement, performance, leads, sales, or any particular business result.
To the extent permitted by law, SaaS Experts and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the website or application.
Where liability cannot be excluded, SaaS Experts' total liability for claims related to these terms will not exceed the amount you paid directly to SaaS Experts for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in North Carolina will have jurisdiction over disputes that are not subject to another written agreement between the parties.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the effective date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
